!995 Dodge Caravan

This vehicle has no codes, all the fuses are good but the airbag light and low windshield washer fluid light are on. no cruise control, and when I accelerate to @40-50 mph and let off the gas it sometimes dies. it might coast and come back to life, other times I pull over. What in the world is wrong? Please 212.631 miles
