Hi, I'm a newbie from Livonia MI with the cars that I have in my sig. There is parts for sale, and cars for sale at my site. What do you guys think of Chrysler's old school (non PT turbo/SRT-4) turbo cars?

Just wondering - since the majority of us are either from the US or Canada, why bother with the country in the column off to the left and just put our city/state there instead?

Yes it is very cool. A mid-engine rear wheel drive turbocharged concept car that looks that good, I want!!! You might still be able to find it at Media Play. If not try www.imdb.com or Amazon.

Or half.com!! LOL!

I found the known name of the car is: The 'Turbo Interceptor' which I knew, but is actually the 1984 Dodge-PPG Twin Turbo M4S Prototype.

those arethe best pictures I can find... screen shots from the movie.

There was a Dodge Turbo Interceptor pace car built by Chrysler and PPG Industries for $1.5 million. It was used in a movie called "The Wraith." Filmed in outside of Tuscon, Arizona, in 1986, stared Charlie Sheen and Nick Cassavettes. There were six copies of the car that were built for the movie. The car was rear-wheel-drive, power by a 2.2L Cosworth twin-turbo in-line four. This car was written about in a book called "dream cars" several years back. These cars were powered by a 2.2 liter, twin intercooled turbo, dohc, pumping out a supposed 440 horsepower!!!

When i first saw that movie at the movies i thought i wasted my money, but it does kind of stick with you..glad to see i can buy it and add it to the collection in a way it does kind of belong there with Bullet, Vanishing point and all the dukes of hazard tapes i own.....One thing to look for...If you watch the part on the pic you posted you will hear and see the camaro shake but you will not see the butterflies open or close on the supercharger...kinda cheese.
