I've been looking at a used engine with casting #5300871-43 can u tell me the displacement of this engine?

Welcome to DF! If you can, please provide a little more detail. Do you know what vehicle it came out of? Is it a V6? V8? What year?Where are you buying it? The seller does not know? What are you putting it in?

Thanks for the reply. Do not know what the engine came out of but they said it was a V8, 318, 1999 year.

Well if it's a 318, the displacement would be 318 cubic inches...

Be nice to know what vehicle is being worked on. This way it can be posted/moved to the correct section here on DF where you'll get a lot more info, instead of in the "welcome to DF " section.
