Smile new member 1stgen custom Dakota overhaul

Hello everyone.

New member here from Ontario,Canada. working on a 1st gen Dakota I inherited from my father a couple of years ago. hoping to post pictures of project so far shortly and get in on some conversations with any other members who have maybe done the 360 swap or anyone who wants to chat and has info about things to look out for and time savers. any info is appreciated.

more of a complete overhaul than a swap.

thanks tom

Welcome to the forum. Post up in the 1st gen Dakota section. That is where the experts reside.

how can it be possible that I have reached my photo album file size limit when I have only 1 picture?

when I attempt to upload a picture to an album I get an error msg saying that picture exceeds max file size but I have not even selected a picture so how could the forum know the file size is too big?
I get this error when trying to upload to my FIRST EMPTY album....????

Hosting pics here is somewhat problematic. Your best bet is to host them elsewhere, photobucket, imageshack, whathaveyou, and then use image tags to have them show up in your posts. I do believe you can do the same for your avatar and such.

Like I said in the PM, there are size limits for photos in an album. You can resize them to meet the required size stated. Use photobucket to add pics to a thread.
