Hi fellow dodge ram members, I have a 1994 ram b350 van that was modified for use as a wheelchair van. It's fully extended with a 30" raised roof,5.9 engine, air con, etc.

My problem started at night when interior lights came on unexpectedly, only way to shut them off was to turn the instrument panel light off/normally would turn interior lights on. I have replaced the headlight/ dome light switch, also removed domelight switch on passenger door. Results to keep dome lights off, the headlight/dome light switch must be set with dome lights "on". Suggestions or questions please. It's a 40 minute drive to work on it.

Have a look at the connector for the headlight switch. They like to melt, and short out.
