Whenever I try to post a new thread in various areas of the forums I get a message saying that my user account does not have sufficient privileges? Does this mean I have to make a minimum of 25 posts here introducing myself section so that I can gain sufficient privileges or just 25 posts anywhere before I start a new thread?
