New member with new dodge
Hello all,
I just bought a 2004 dodge neon sxt and joined the forum to find out about anything I need to know about the neon.(i.e. mods)

Welcome! There are several Neon experts here as well as Dodge mechanics. I think you'll find[sm=smiley16.gif] the site useful, I know I have!

Will do. Need to wash it. Got dirty in a week, and then will take some pics
Actually my first mods will be engine. Exhaust and intake. But will be awhile. Need to save. just got out of a big truck payment that was killing me and with the gas prices sky rocketing.
Hey Brian, welcome, post some pic of your new ride.
welcome to the site. first thing you do is drop it, put some coilovers in it then some other stuff.

No, it was a chevy silverado. something I will never get again. Don't get me wrong I liked the truck but their warranty is crap for the powertrain. I had 37,000 miles on it and the 2nd gear of the transmission stopped shifting. 36,000 is the end of the warranty. When my finances get back in order though, I will get a new truck. I definately will keep the neon though. Not sure waht truck though. It will eiether be a dodge hemi. I have had a 96 dodge ram 4x4 and didn't have problems. But I do like the new nissan titans. But deciding about it is a few years down the line. Right now. I will concentrate on my new neon.
