Default Tapered rear blocks

Hey y'all,
I'm new here and had a question about the rear lift blocks for my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500! The ones I ordered are a 2", but are not tapered. My dad owns a machine shop, so Iam able to taper them, so I needed to know what the taper should be from back to front! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Don't know about the third-gen trucks... but, the 2nd gens already have blocks on the axle from the factory, do you have them as well?

If not.... Just install the blocks, and measure your pinion angle. Figure out what taper you need to have correct pinion angle.

Welcome to DF! Be sure and check out the third-gen ram section.
