Default Hello

My name is Jamey. I live in Alaska and am getting ready to drive my truck to Florida. I love my truck. I have a 2010 Ram 1500 crew cab with a short bed. It has a 4.7 V8 in it.

Driving 12 hours a day it will take just over 8 days. However, my daughter and I are going to be stopping along the way to see sites. At least that is our plan right now. This may need to be adjusted depending on if I am able to get hired for a position down there before we leave. I'm figuring at most, 14 days.

There is typically a higher humidity in Tampa than here, but today, the humidity is higher here.

Sounds like that is going to be a FUN road trip. If you come thru southern michigan, you are welcome to stop in, say "hi", get a bite to eat, and camp in the yard if you so desire.

HeyYou, we're angling down through Canada and crossing over in North Dakota. We'll be heading through Illinois and Indiana but not Michigan. Thanks for the kind invite though.

jkeaton, the 4th gen forum is why I joined up. I needed some advice about towing.
