Please I am looking for someone to point me in the right direction. I have a dodge ram 1500, it has had a crack in the air intake manifold for some time now. I sat in it running for two hours with the air conditioner running and noticed it really started smoking. It was dropping in rpms to 500 and stalling the only way to drive was keep my rpms up. I took off my carburetor and cleaned it, it was very dirty. Now that it is back on it runs better my rpms stay up and don't drop below 1000 but it still smokes like crazy. I was researching and I believe I have a bad AIC sensor. I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas as to what I should look for or what I can do. My check engine light comes on after the truck heats up. please any advice helps. thankyou
