HI I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan. The windshield wipers won't stop running.Even with van turned off.Currently have fuse out.We had to garage twice.First they wanted to put a brand new switch in.That was gonn be $350 plus.So we got a switch from wreckers. They put that in.Didn't work. Now they are saying we need a whole new fuse box. That maybe some of the wires are frayed.A buddy at work suggested it could be the FCM.What do you think?
