Just picked up a 1985 Ramcharger, and I LOVE it. It's giving me a little bit of a hard time, but i'm sure it can be worked out. I'm new to dodge and carbureted engines so it's going to be a bit of a learning curve for me, but i'm looking forward to the project. That being said, I apologize in advance for any seemingly stupid questions, lol.
Welcome aboard! My kid brother had an '85 Ramcharger when he was stationed in Pensacola 25 years ago. Unless yours has been repainted, it's not his.
In many respects, these are some of the EASIEST vehicles still rolling to work on. The fact it's 30+ years old though, and you can't find them in junkyards, or parts for 'em at Autozone, makes working on them extremely complicated.
If yours is a life-long southern truck, that has stayed AWAY from the beach/ocean, you're ahead of the game. We'll just wait and see what all you've got on your hands, and make recommendations from there.

Welcome on board! You have great looking truck. May it provide unlimited fun and unhampered travel across all terrains for as long as you two are together. Enjoy the time behind its wheel!

If you don't know the answer, ask. Lots of knowledge to be shared here.
