new guy here. 36th vehicle and only my 2nd dodge
just thought i'd stop off for an introduction.
Picked up my 2nd ever dodge to DD and use as a tow rig about once a month during the nice seasons.
It's a 2001 Durango SLT 5.9 with 308,000 miles

Not sure what i'm going to do with it yet in terms of mods. I've ordered everything to replace the head unit and add a pair of 12" subs. I'm putting in a trailer brake controller this week, though I found out yesterday that even though it has a mopar hitch, it doesn't have the factory tow package, so i'll be running the brake wire back myself. I'll likely do a T/S lift and throw some 32s on it at some point before winter along with a remote start. Might replace the hazy headlights.
Other than that it'll remain largely untouched aside from maintenance. It already has a K&N intake, and from what I can tell the speakers have been upgraded from the paper cone type to some nicer polymer cone models.
Been driving it for a few days now and, MPGs aside, I really love it. I'm not one to keep a vehicle around very long but this one might be here to stay for a while.
