I own a Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 318 ci when driving it not always but frequently when I let off the accelerator it stalls out on me I put it in neutral and it starts right back up but what if anyone could tell me is causing this also what is the idle speed on this vehicle she is idleing what I think is a little low at 9 just under the 1 on the meter

What year is your truck? In all reality, the 2nd Gens idle at around 650 or so. I suspect that you have a gummed up throttle body, that doesn't allow the IAC to open/close properly, so, first thing to do is start there. Pull it, clean it REALLY well, reinstall it. (disconnect battery while you are working on it)
That should straighten it out.
