just joined ..from starke fl. have a 96 Dakota 4x4 just purchased w/ 125,000 miles on it w 3.9... originally an American motors/jeep man.. thus the javelin name.. it's a 68 sst with a 390 v-8 5 speed tremec... owned it for around 40 yrs now.. us ole American motors people never die.. we just keep rambling on.. Lee Iacocca led Chrysler's acquisition of AMC in 1987, which brought the profitable Jeep division under the corporate umbrella..QUOTE..LOL.. "If you can find a better BUILT car, buy it."..HE DID ...AMERICAN MOTORS!!!
