5.7 Hemi high mileage.
Hey everyone I'm new here! Just wanted to introduce myself and ask a question as well.
A friend of of mine has a 2010 Ram 5.7, with 300,000 k and he wants me to look over the engine to make sure it's alright and healthy as he recently just bought it. It sounds healthy, and oil was changed fairly often apparently. Is there anything specific I should be looking for or anything I should watch out for? Thanks in advance. Appreciate the help.

Welcome to DF! Your friend wants to be in the fourth gen ram section. 
300,000 miles? Any major work been done to it? Unless it was VERY well taken care of, that is rapidly approaching end of life...... Or, he might get another 150,000 miles out of it.

He got the truck for cheap and he wants to do a swap anyways, but he still wants to go as long as he can on the original engine. As far as I know, nothing major has been done to it though. Just regular maintenance.
