Default Buying 2 new rams

Hey I'm new.
Purchasing a 2019 bighorn today for the wife and looking at a 1999 ram 2500 4x4 for me.
Question can I put 15 inch rims on the 1999? I have some brand new tires on my old truck and wondering if I could put them on the '99 ram before I go buy rims.

Thank you

May have to do a bit of grinding on the calipers, and tie rod ends, but, I think they will fit. If you have the dual piston calipers up front though, nope. Not a chance.

What if I played with the back spacing?

That would require different wheels, or spacers. I am just not a fan of spacers, and I think you would have to go out a LONG way to make them fit with no modification. (and would then munch up bearings rather quickly......)

A better option might be to sell your current wheels/tires, and then buy the ones you like on rims that will fit. Yeah. I know. Killjoy.

Yeah, should be able to get almost what you paid for them.
