Hello from central NC
Howdy! I bought an '01 Dakota SLT QC 2WD 4.7L AT with 200k miles on it about 10 years ago... it's white with silver lower body panels... it now has about 260k and has been a fantastic truck! I've fixed basic stuff like replaced multiple window regulators, wiper motor, driver door master switch unit, headlights/fog lights, stereo components, power steering, tie rods, etc but really nothing major... and the engine remains strong and smooth as does the tranny. Although the truck has spent it's entire life in central NC and has minimal rust problems I've still had deep rust spots pop up in the rear wheel wells multiple times. I'm currently having some rear brake issues and starter issues... the brake issues are what caused me to join this forum. Thanks!
