Default 2016 Ram 1500, leveling and increase payload.

Hello all, and thanks in advance for reading and help.

I just got this truck and it squats like crazy with one pallet of tile compared my 05 Chevy 2500HD. I obviously know there's a big difference in the two but I also know there are ways to improve. I just don't know what is best. I've researched a few things but I could benefit from guidance. It's a short bed Lone Star(BigHorn). I've read about AirLift 1000, Timbrin bump stops and and also their SES setup. It's all confusing to me.

In one shot with my local shop I want to level everything, increase the payload and prevent the truck from squating under load.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

DAVID

Air bags would be your best bet. Will support the load, but, won't compromise ride quality when unloaded.

How much does that pallet weigh? Are you overloading your truck with it?? If that is something you haul regularly, maybe you shoulda stuck with the 3/4 ton range.
