Default Power steering Switch problems

I own a 01 Dodge Durango SLT 2WD, 4.7 V8

I replaced the power steering pressure switch once already, I recently changed it due to a leak spewing from the electrical harness.

I changed it again today, sprayed degreaser and water to clean it, wiped it down and waiting...

My problem is that how did it leak with a new switch?

I replaced power steering pump, and flushed system, I checked fluid levels and thought it wouldnt leak anymore, now that everything has been replaced, do these switches leak or weap when their new???

New lines and orings, new pump and new switch, new fluid ATF-4 , New union seal, new return line with new metal hose clamps. (2.5 hours).

They aren't supposed to leak, but, it isn't all that unusual to get a bad part right out of the box. If the new one leaks AT ALL, get it warranty replaced. Keep doing that until you get one that doesn't leak.
