Welcome to DF!

I used to visit Cedar Park every once and a while. I used to live in Ft. Hood and we'd head down there and ride around on quads or dirtbikes out near Round Rock. I used to frequent Austin quite a bit while I was in HS.

Glad to have you with us and that's a great looking Ram. I'd definitely go with a cover as well on it. Preferably one that is flat with the bed as opposed to resting on top of it. I'd definately look for a body colored front bumper as well.

Have a good one!

The cover is one of those things that are high on my list thats for sure. How long has it been since you have been around the area? Bet its completely different now. So much construction around here its hard to get around even for us that live here. Thanks for the compliments on the truck. Mods have been a long time coming but I am moving on them now. I have not figured out what I am going to do up front just yet. I have been leaning toward this front end cover though.

They have two version, one with lights and one without. I have been told that the one with the lights is hard to install due to cutting the stock bumper for the light mounts. But that is the one that I like the best.

I was in the Dallas area for Spring Break of this year, and will be back in San Antonio in April for a friends wedding. I went to Killeen to visit friends and there was a lot of construction even there. I had heard Austin had been become like the Silicone Valley of the South as of late....so it doesnt surprise me.

I like that front bumper, althought I think the foglight ports stick out too much. I'd probably want to sand them down a bit. I'd probably want a kit that covered front/rear and possibly even side skirts.

Nice to know that there are folks that are close by.

We need to have a meet and greet sometime. Speaking of this, I am trying to get something planned for about the April time frame at Maxwell Dodge here in Austin. I will have more info later once I can get everything all arranged.
