New Dodge owner of a classic van. Hello!
Hi guys!
I recently got my hands on a 98 Ram Van, 6 cylinder, automatic, about 170k miles on it. It runs pretty good! I'm not really a mechanic by trade or history, but even though it runs pretty well, I wanted to give it a major tune-up. So I grabbed myself a Haynes manual and have been doing some work on it every day to try and get it running as well as possible. It's been really interested getting to learn the engine and seeing how complex all the workings are.
Anyway, in the course of my repairs, I keep finding answers to my questions about it on these forums, so I thought I would stop in and say hello. Maybe make some videos of different procedures to help other people who get stuck in the same spots that I do. I've been keeping a repair journal detailing everything I do to it - it didn't come with maintenance paperwork, so I'm going to make my own.
Good to meet y'all!
