Default windows blowing out

I have a 2019 journey and the side window and back window just blew out. No cracks, no chips, no weather change. It was in a secure parking garage with security just steps away. The security guy was doing a walk around and saw the two windows just blow out. No one around, no mischief, just a loud "pop" and then they shattered. Dodge says nope not possible never heard of this before. Anyone???

I had a window on my Challenger do that..... (of course, that was back in 1979, and it was a 72 Challenger......) Opened the door, grabbed what I needed, close the door, took three steps, and POW, the window blew itself into a million pieces..... No clue why..... I suspect your best bet is going to be calling chrysler customer support, and have a chat with them. Either that, or your insurance company, if FCA won't give you any help.

The windows are tempered glass, A lot of factors can cause them to break such as internal stress, fatigue etc. It doesn't happen often but does happen.
