Default hey all, I may be the only dodge forum member to start off this way lol!

Hello Everyone! I'm from Saskatchewan Canada, I've been a long time dodge fan, I've owned many older dodges and a few newer ones (01 Durango R/T, 95 Neon, and my favorite the 96 caravan sport awd ) I'm coming to the forum because my Boss who is also a Mopar fan has given me a rather difficult project to complete for him during the slow winter months. He wants me to swap the cab and Box from his '47 international KB1 pickup, onto the chassis and drivetrain of a 2000 Dakota. its a previous total loss vehicle that was rolled, it has the 4.7 v8 which I've never laid hands on. my first order of business is to get it running. its been sitting for about 10 yrs. I've got it cranking so far and it seems to be a hopeful donor for this project. the body is destroyed but the drivetrain is all intact. so here's to a exciting project that is not just another LS swap lol! When it is complete, it will be the company truck so that is pretty exciting as i will get to drive it from time to time.

I look forward to getting lots of information from you all and seeing the cool things your all doing and fixing as well!

here is the donor vehicle in all of it glory! lol!

Welcome to the forum! Certainly looks like an interesting build. Post questions, etc in the 2nd gen Dakota section.

Did you happen to measure the wheel width and compare it to the International? I would think a full size would be a better fit.
