Received a $150 coupon from dealership that stated it is "Good for service repairs or maintenance, including 15k 30k 60k, tires brakes and flushes. Oil changes not included."
Went today for a wheel alignment on my 2008 Megacab. They wouldn't honor coupon even though wheel alignments fall under the repair category. Wanted to charge me $220. After hassling they gave me 20% off. I feel coupon should have been honored. Any thoughts anyone?

 

Yeah, seems to me, that an alignment would fall under 'repairs', or maintenance..... Isn't it listed in the owners manual at some prescribed interval??
