Post Wiring problems

I have a 72 dodge fireball that is not getting any power passed the wiring harness that is connected on the firewall. Im trying to trace the wires and find out where they go (most all of them have been spiced and taped back together) but im having a hard time finding anything about the fireballs on the internet. Can somebody please help me out. Please and thank you.

Is that a motorhome?

I would highly recommend trying to find a service manual for the same year dodge van. They *might* still be out there......
