2006 5.7 engine rebuild

Can anyone recommend which manual to buy that has OEM manual content and photos so I can properly rebuild a 5.7 1500 engine that ingested some water and broke a piston?

Factory Service Manual. You can get them in electronic format, for under 50 bucks usually.
