RAM 1500 ST Quad Cab ecodiesel
I guess I'll start out with the obvious; I'm a new member and am acquainting myself with this forum. I'm interested is finding an under $100.00 service manual that covers the 3.0l ecodiesel as contained in a RAM 15 ST Quad Cab (with the 76" bed, if that makes any difference). There is a lot I don't know about regarding the towing community even though I've rebuilt tractor engines, car engines and what have you. Heck, I can't even find the flasher relay on my RAM; from the sound it appears to be somewhere behind the instrument panel but who wants to dismantle that to get to the relay? Not impressed with that design feature, ha-ha.
I've got 124K miles on this truck. I don't tow a lot. I really get 24+ mpg on the highway (like I said, not towing). The truck is easy to drive, is predictable in its maneuvering, and is reasonably quiet. I've got a Leer shell on the bed and the tailgate design with its upright lip makes a lot of rain fall into the rear which begs the question, "Why would anyone design a rear lip on a tailgate?" Oh well, I ramble . . .

Welcome to DF!
Try and find your service manuals in digital format. .pdf, or whathaveyou. Those are generally 30 bucks or so. The print versions are always in the 100's of dollars..... You can usually find 'em on Ebay, etc.
