I'm woody woods and me and my wife have a dodge Dakota 4x4 year 2000 with the magnum in it, i pressure washed the engine and now it wont run right it sounds like there is a knock in the motor. I dried out all of the electrical Connections and it still Don't run wright what can I do that I haven't tried yet, please let me know so I can fix our dodge Dakota..

 

Take the cap off the distributor and make sure no moisture/steam got in it.
