Recently picked up a 1998 Ram 3500 for jobs around our small farm. 4x4 with a dump bed. In it's previous life it was a rough country firewood truck and before that roofers truck (according to PO). So you could say it's had a pretty easy life. She's a rust girl, with a smidge of oil leaking from the rocker gaskets, but hey, she's got 6 new tires and starts every time. I'll need to re build the deck, the rocker panels and maybe some more frame patching, but if the monster v8 keeps ticking over I should have her for a few years. Won't be putting many miles on her in retirement, but they'll all be hauling gravel, manure or renovation supplies. Just replaced the battery and currently trying to work out why my gauges have all died. I'm following a couple other threads on that issue. I'll try and post a photo or two of the brutette.
