Im new to the forum but had my Dakota since it was new 1989
Ive always done my own work, was a professional mechanic before I started my career in telecommunications. I probably know more about fixing my erra Dakota’s than anyone alive. I realize having owned and worked on only one Dakota in my life doesn’t make me a Dakota expert but I’ll do for 1988-1991 years.

I'm glad to see you, I also have a 1993 Dodge Caravan with a 3.3/4spdOD .... great little rigs.
I once owned a early Dakota with a 3.9 V6? Great engine/transmission ..... Just saying I like these older vehicles and happy to see others that drive them.
