Default Faulty O2 sensor on Dodge Grand Caravan 1996

Hi, I have a check engine light issue on my 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan. 3.0 litre, V6. I got it checked and its the oxygen sensor 02S. The error code is P0134. Please suggest replacement part and how to fix this. Thanks.

NTK or Denso sensor only please, yes, they are more expensive, but, they actually WORK properly, which is more than I can see for some of the others. It goes in the exhaust though, so, you can expect that it is NOT going to be easy to get out. Heat helps..... Once it's out, it's just a matter of installing the new one.
