Default Woot, hi everyone

Hey all, just browsed on over to this site from Google. I was trying to find the new HEMI commerical I seen a few nights ago. I wanted to show my wife. The one with all the different model trucks on a starting line and the hemi always pulls away from the pack even when they raced with a trailor.

Anywho, glad to be here, if anyone can post that commercial link here would be awesome.

I have a 2003 Quad Cab 1500 Ram with a 5.7 HEMI. Custom Air intake, alot of stuff under the hood is custom, 20inch rims, duel exhaust (40 series), all leather, all custom, billet grill with bug reflector, crome HEMI tags in the seats.. Vynol lettering of HEMI on both sides of the bed, bed liner, blah blah, the list goes on. Going to add the Air hood to it eventually. Currently has 415 HPR

I don't know what it is with this truck, but everyone wants to race me. LOL And I normally give in, and SMOKE! every single one of them. I had the pleasure of smoking a RC51? Honda motorcycle! It was funny because he hauled *** up to my truck, looking down and reading the 5.7 HEMI plate, revs his engine a few times, and next thing you know I'm GOOOONE!!! That thing was a piece of ****. hehee I seen him switch into 2nd, and in my rear view mirror into 3rd. I think the rider didnt know how to switch gears.

That is one sweet truck! I like the Hemi tags on your seets, I've never seen that before. And you said the same ones are in the bed? That is awesome. I know I for one want Hemi all over my truck, lol. Now you said it's getting 315 HPR, are we talking horse power? Stock it comes with 345 doesn't it? Maybe I'm off my block. I like your truck man, and welcom from one new fella to another.

Welcome to DF! That's a real nice lookin' Ram, I especially like the Hemi badges added to the seats.[sm=smiley20.gif]

I'm not sure, but if he's talking horsepower then HPR probably might mean at the rear wheels which should be 315 WHP.[sm=smiley2.gif]

Me too. I was very disappointed that they didn't come that way on the SRT-4, kinda like the Shelby Chargers with the Shelby stitched right in the seats. But a nice chrome emblem like that would be 1,000 times better.[sm=smiley20.gif]

thanks all for the welcome, and the compliments on my seats. HPR = horse power. the standard 5.7 HEMI's are 245 horses, but since i have a custom air intake and other stuff under the hood, it adds 60-65 more hpr. the air intake alone is 15 extra horses. anywho, this is a great site, alot of stuff to see and read about. thanks for having me.

Yeah, people type crazy **** drinking that caffine. Some dude ordered something for my truck last week, he ordered $435,000 worth of mods. It was a mis-type since all that the guy drank was Mt. Dew. Can you say; "Crack HEAD!!!"
