Hi. New to this forum. Here are a couple pics of our '00 1500 Sport Ram:







It's got a 6" suspension lift, 15x10 Mickey Thomson Classic IIs & 35x12.5/15 Good Year MTRs, New 4.56 gears F/R.

Stock 5.2L V8.

Have K & N Air intake & Airaid TBS on order. Probably changing out F/R dirveshafts with ones with CV joints. Also looking for some more moderately priced performance mods.


We hope to find some good info for our Ram here...look forward to it!

When we were looking at Rams at a dealership in RI (where we lived last year), the salesman showed us the truck after test driving a '04 Hemi. My fiance', Holly, felt there was a blind spot over the hood with the new Ram, so he showed us some used ones. I really wasn't sure about the color at the time, but we couldn't beat the deal they were offering ($18k & it had only 36k miles & came with the cap & bed lined, power everything). I would have liked the Hemi engine, but oh well. We also liked the style of our Ram to the newer look. I've really come to love the color and the Jeep I should hopefully be getting in my hands in a couple of weeks is Solar Yellow as well & will have a Hemi [:@]

I've been doing searches for Engine Performance chips/modules for the 5.2L V8 we have but seem to be hitting a brick wall with only stuff on the 5.9L or 5.7L. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
