Newest new guy
Hey everyone, newest new guy here. Just bought a 2000 Ram 1500 white with Chrome all around. Been a Dodge fan for awhile, but I was never in a position to buy one until recently.
Funny story, when I was checking the truck out, everything was fine, but a few days later when I got the insurance check for my old car (it was totaled by State Farm), and went to the Dodge dealer to pick it up, the headlights didn't work (I found out later that evening). I returned it to the dealer this morning, and they starting checking fuses and breakers furiously trying to find the glitch when one of the techs noticed that the bulbs were missing.
Someone had taken my new truck for a test drive and STOLE MY HEADLIGHT BULBS!!!
The dealer replaced the bulbs and all is well now. If I ever find that guy.....
Anyway, I will get a picture up in the next few days.
My first order of business is to upgrade the stereo. I believe that there are 5 1/4 in the X-cab, and 6X9s in the doors, but I'm not 100% sure. Can someone verify this?
Also, any suggestions on easy install speakers would be greatly appreciated.
