Default The New Guy Here, But Not New To Racing;)

Im the infamous Predator03.
I like Dodge and Ford alike.
I dislike any GM product ever produced.
I prefer a twin turbo ro even single turbo Viper, but Hennesy (sp) asks too much.

My car is a 2003 Kenne Bell Charged 4V, 75 -100hp NOS built by strictlypro & triangle speed shop, Custom Stage 3 cams, CPR & JDM Fuel system, 8 pt chromoly cage, 21psi, solid axle, upr/qa1 suspension all around, spec buid on a T-56, bored .20 over, Diamond pistons etc,....you get the picture.:

I weigh over 4000lb but still beat the best of the best.
I have a bad wrap from LS1 owners, but thats due to the hatred of my personality toward the attitudes of the drivers and owners of GM alike.

...the rest is for you to find out.

Thanks ya'll!

Well Triangle Speed Shop still has my 03. They are tuning it for streetability & for the track.
Im in the area of breaking parts easily when planting the hp, so I have to take care of the Eaton Posi in it.
Im sure I'll have to go with a Detroit Locker or maybe even a full spool, but its a street car and I intend to keep it that way, other wise I'd put it on a BIG diet and look for mid 9's.
As it stands, it is easily capable of 9.90's on the 75hp shot.
I have not ported the heads as I am a torque man.
I went with the 6lb lower/3.00 upper, rather than the 4lb lower/2.75 upper.
Plus I have more belt wrap.

you know, "capable of" and "has run" are two different things...

and i run 4.56s and a spool in my car, and its street driven...JD1969 ran bigger gears than i do, with a spool in his nova, and drove it regularly...

and if i may, you make fun of LS1 guys in another post for using nitrous, but you use it too?

LOL I feel a little bit of haterade falling out of your mug
If you must know.
YES, I have it.
NO, I never depend upon it.
-I think if you have a track car built upon n20 and its STRICTLY for the track, then its cool, but I've always heard from the old schoolers that a well built engine is one that is an engine mechanically dependable.

This is why many people who have the $$$ like positive placed blowers, turbos, centrifugal chargers, etc
I think NOS is a cop out for trying to make up for CHEAP POWER.
Oh yes, its very good...but I wouldnt want to get caught with my pants down with the bottle pressure or amount of n20 available.

The worse thing to see happen is for a BIG boy with a turbo or blower picking on you because you ran out of N20 and now you have to save face by saying.."I dont have my bottle filled man."

Thats like saying, "My car is only fast with nitrous."

AND NO, its never been used in ALL my victories.

You bet I have it. Its always ready too

Yes, capable of and has run are two different things, however...

Would you rather have a car that HAS RUN a 12 or CAPABLE of a 9?

Bcuz if thats the case...I ran a 12.2 @120mph fairly stock three years ago..but I've spanked 10sec vettes, 11sec TA's, etc since then.
(obviously parts were added since then giving me much more power than I had thee years ago)

I would rather have some street fun and take out poop mouf talkers with a 9sec build, than prove to some snot nose kid on the track bench that I have a 9sec capable running Cobra.

I know what I have, my builder(s) know what I have, I know I paid for it...and my fun is all I care about...not proving to ******** that Im right and they are wrong.
Remember its a street car/weekend warrior with race car power.

If I want to live at the track, then I'll get a fox body beater @ 2900lbs, paint it primer, put a 331 w a ProTurboKit & run 8sec heart stoppers...but can you take your girl out to the movies or feel proud about it before the fuel cell runs out of fuel?

Does it make any sense breaking parts, burning clutches, blowing pluggs, etc just so feed into the never ending peaking order of the Chevy Vs Ford saga?

I love my car & I do as I please....if anyone wants to know how fast it is, then pull up next to me on the highway, or local stretch, otherwise keep the bickering saga at the track. IMO ::::
