Default Newbie from Kentucky

Hello everyone. My name isBrian Quisenberry and I'm a new guyfrom Kentucky. I'm affiliated with TruckXpressions.com also and I found out about your website from our webmaster, who informed me of the sponsorship and discount deals that he was working on with you guys.

Being a Dodge owner myself, I had to jump right in on this one. I had a 2000 Dakota 4X4 but traded it last month on a 2004 Ram 1500 4X4. It's amazing how much you can learn about yourride in forums like this, soyou'll be seeing me around. I'm always asking questions. I'm an accessory junkie, so I'm always looking for ways toaccessorize my truck. I've had it a month and already loaded her up quite respectfully withadd-ons...it's too much fun.

You folks have a nice forum - Glad to be here.

Justin will have things under control, but if I can ever be of any assistance on the TruckXpressions side of things, give me a shout. -Brian

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I haven't nailed down a name just yet, but every good truck needs a name...a buddy of mine who bought an '03 HEMI a couple of months ago has been making fun of me for not getting the big powerplant...he said that since my 4.7 is big, white, and slow, that I should name it: THE GLACIER. I'm no speed deamon, but I don't know about cursing her with that name just yet. Throw on a good air intake, a good air filter, and a good exhaust system and she might find a little morehitch in her giddy-up.

I haven't taken too many pictures yet, because I'm waiting for a couple more add-ons and modifications that I'm going to do in the very near future.

Here's what I've done since bringing her home and taking her out of the box:

Cranked torsion bars to raise front end 2" and level with the rear

Front and Rear Husky Molded Floor Liners (Black)

Mopar OE Chrome Hood Shield

All-Sales Polished "RAM" Third Brake Light Cover

Putco Chrome Mirror Covers

Westin Chrome Plated Stainless Stepbars

WestinChrome Plated StainlessUltimate Bull Bar

Reese Class IV Trailer Hitch, 2" Drop Ball Mount, and 6000# 2"Ball

Mopar Cupholder/Ashtray LED Assembly

Mopar OE Foglamp Kit w/ Dash Switch

PIAA Xtreme White Replacement Headlamp Bulbs (9007)

PIAA Xtreme White Replacement Foglamp Bulbs (9006)

PIAA Carbon Fiber Super Silicone Windshield Wiper Arms/Blades

UK Stainless Front License Plate, by Eurosport Daytona

Coming soonare 20" wheels and tires, a Mopar chrome horizontal grille insert, a TrueFlow foam air filter and air intake kit, an exhaust system of some kind (Still shopping, but probably either Flowmaster or Magnaflow), and window tint on my front door windows to match the factory rear.

You asked for pictures, so here is the best I've got...some are pre-modification.

AWESOME!! I have the same third brake light cover...

The Glacier... I actually like that name, Brian... you know what? NOTHING can stop a Glacier... they will make their own path... The Glacier isn't a bad name... just don't let your buddy assume it's got anything to do with her being slow, she's not slow... you just need more 'go fast' parts.

Amanda,

That's a good way of thinking about that..."Nothing stops a glacier."

You are correct, I do need more go-fast parts...

we need to talk him into spray. a little nitrous will get that bass boat to the river a lot quicker. Still not sure about the name Glacier yet, but who knows, it might grow on us
