Default 93 DODGE SHADOW ES 2.5 AUTO

Having trouble with my wifes shadow. 1993 model bought brand new and has about 92000 miles.Basically the car wants to die when its hot outside, over 90degrees.I have put new fuel filter, tune up and took throttle body off and cleaned it.It seems to do it at a stop or like today when i came to a stop at exit ramp from interstate. i think it has to do with air fuel problem but could be wrong. Just not sure?
it does not not do it all the time and you can feel it come and go on the freeway(loss of power)
