Default Hello

Hi, I just bought my first car, It's a '98 stratus, with a big purchase motivation being I have access to a '99 breeze to take parts off. I'll be doing a good chunk of maintenance in the near future, so I figured it'd be good to have access to as many resources as possible.

what kind of maint. are you planning? since this is your 1st car... couple of things worth mentioning is that synthetic oil is the way to go (my opinion)... I'm partial to Mobil 1. k&n makes some good stuff for non forced induction cars (turbo/superchargers)...

Well first issue is that somethings up with the back brakes, they feel spongy like they weren't bled properly last time they were worked on... Except theres not a whole lot of e-brake left either so it's probably not as simple as bleeding 'em. Eventually down the road may be an engine swap, two monthes before my dad's breeze got totalled we finished rebuilding the top end, the new car has 167k on it so I'm sorta expecting it to grenade in the not all to distant future.
