The current CEO of GM is getting a total of $9 million in compensation. $1.7 million cash.
The ex-CEO, Fritz Henderson, who resigned, is signing on as as consultant. $59,090 a month PLUS expenses, for 20 hours of work a month. ($2,954.50/hr)
Anyone else as outraged as I am? Government Motors at its best.
And the US wonders why we are the laughing stock of the world.
In the midst of the worst financial meltdown since the Great Depression, the rich still get their share, while hard working Americans go to bed hungry and facing foreclosure.
Only thing that will change this chit is an outright revolution, cuz voting for "change" was voting for the same ol' same ol'.
