Default Toyota Prius

Been hearing on a few different radio talk shows about the Toyota Prius having engine troubles. The gas engine has been stalling and many will not start back up leaving the driver with whats left of the electric drive to get home. I know things happen and bugs need to be worked out sometimes but why does news like this stay soo quiet? If this was an American car it would be all over the place and have a negative spin on it!!

Not being a smart-***, but the reason why it's not BIG news is because nobody cares about the Prius.

I care about the Prius. It's an awesome 4 door car getting supposively 51 Mph highway. That would be my buy if I had 20K...

Yeah. I saw something on the morning news recently about it. I think they are having trouble keeping the gerbil alive.

Wouldn't get 51 Mpg or be as reliable though. I'd get the Prius.

Sadly the Prius donesn't even come close to there rated milage, on avarage there 15mpg less. The car mag mention it but very briffly. I read one artical that avaged a $0.01 diffrance per mile verus a equal gas car. Just wait untill they have replaced that expensive battery, and pay for the decontamination. The batterys are also highly toxic, kinda defeats that enviermently friendly stuff.
