hello. does anyone out there know of a scantool or software that will work with my 1995 Stratus 2.4? It has the OBD2 style plug under the dash but is not an OBD2 vehicle. most aftermarket OBD2 scanners don't work with my vehicle. I am open to either a scantool or pc based program and want to spend under 300.00. Web searches have come up with nothing. any help would be much appreciated thanks.
