I am tired of fuel prices,so.... I foundalternative fuel for my 2000 Dodge Caravan. My problem is that the timing currently is approx 8 degrees before TDC and I need the timing changedto be 8 degrees after TDC.

Does anyone know anyone who handles programming the PCM?

Where can I get the software for programming the PCM myself?
