Alright I drive a V6 Dakota with everything stock except a flowmaster 40. I pulled up at a redlight to turn on to the interstate and there was a Chevy 2500 next to me. I was just sitting there and I saw him inching up out of the corner of my eye. I usually wouldn't bother to race one because I thought I'd always get beat. Well the light turned green and we both guned it. He had the inside so he was ahead but I couldn't believe it, I started inching up on him and by the time I let off I was going 90 and he was at my back wheel. I was in shock, I dont really know how I could of beat him...but yeah I was pretty happy.

 

What truck do you drive???? 2wd or 4wd, reg or ext cab, auto or manual, 3.7 or 3.9, etc???? And was the 2500 a diesel or non-diesel????

 

2500 is a heavy truck....good win tho...

 

Well see I'm not sure if it was a 1500 or a 2500, it was night and I couldn't see. But from the size of it, it looked to be a 2500...and it was gas.

Mines regular cab 3.9 2wd auto

 

there's also 4.3Lv6 fullsize chevy trucks out there, seems like a lot more of those than the v6 rams, but they're out there. i'm not saying that's absolutely what it was, just another possibility.

There are alot of the GM 4.3L V6's due as thats the most common engine in the work truck package. Good win m8
