Drivers are divided up by classes, depending on how good they were the previous season.
You pick the best A class option, best 2 B class options and a best C class option. You can only use a driver 9 times total. You pick 4 options each week. You pick a backup for each driver, in case you think they might do better leading up to the race.
For example. Week one, someone might pick like this: (Backups in brackets)
A Class: Jeff Gordon [Jimmie Johnson]
B Class: Kurt Busch, Kyle Busch [Ryan Newman, Martin Truex Jr]
C Class: Reed Sorenson [Kyle Petty]
"The deadline to make changes to your team for the next race is 2:00 a.m. PT on the day of qualifying. With a few exceptions, this is Friday morning at 2:00 a.m. PT.
If you don't make any changes by this deadline, your team stays the same as the previous week."

ok so can someone tell me exactly how this works, never done online fantasy leagues before so ill probably get owned this year and do better next
