8 Wins - The Most In 2003

22 Top 10's - The 2nd Most In 2003
He's definately a force to be reckoned with... and I know he'll never live this down, but even when the guy crashes (flips), it's exciting... he is going to be one of the best loved greats in a few years to come.

Well looks like Awesome Bill, will only run three races this season in the #91 Evernham Motorsports Dodge, because of lack of sponsership! He will run at...

1.) Bud Shootout at Daytona Intr'l Speedway.

2.) UAW DaimlerChrysler 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

3.) The first race of the year at Texas Motor Speedway.

Possible reason for no Mountain Dew Southern 500 race start on Elliott's #91 car. Elliott is considered a Coca Cola Family Driver (and we all know Mountain Dew is owned by Pepsi). #19 driver Mayfield is under contract w/ Mountain Dew as is his pit crew dubbed the "Dew Crew". Also new #9 driver, Kasey Kane will also be sponsered by Mountain Dew, so if two paint schemes are ran like last year (#19 Mountain Dew Dodge/#91 Mountain Dew Livewire Dodge), Kane and Mayfield will field both Mountain Dew Dodge Intrepid.

Elliott is probably the best modern day racer at the Darlington track where the Mountain Dew Southern 500 is held. Where is Dodge w/ a Mopar paint scheme/sponsership to backup Elliott (probably Dodge's most famous driver) to drive 15 races, like he wants this year! Come on DCX, cut him a check, already!
