it was my friend too he was alway trash talkn dodge and i had enough of it so we went up agaisnt each other he had a 4.8Lv8 with glasspacks and its pretty well broke in with 28,000 miles on it and my dodge with the 4.7Lv8 with only 5,500+ with still stock exaust smoked his *** i slowed down a lil bit to give him a lil hope in passing me and then he was about to pass me and i floored it and left him again then his shut off at 98 and i just let mine shut off at 105 and then i slowly slowed down to about 60 and then pulled over to listen to him whine. and btw were this was is at nuthing but flat straight aways with minor curves and we didnt run any body off the road matter of fact there was no traffic at all kinda like one of those ment to be's

im sorry....i own an srt 4 obviously...but i also have an 05 silverado with the 4.8...they got 295 stock...and sorry...dont hate me...but i walk on hemis all the time...i dont believe it..sorry...ive never lost stock for stock to another truck...i stuck right next to the chevy SS...the chevy 4.8 is a monster...
these are wat my races were like

2004 ford f-150 5.4L...from a 10 MPH roll....at 80 i was 3 lengths ahead..
2005 F-150... dead stop...2 lengths ahead
2004 (ithink) hemi..25 roll....almost 2 legths shuttin down at 90
1999 chevy 5.7 vortec...20 roll...1 length...at ehh 80ish?
2005 chevy 5.3?....2 legths 10-80
2003 chev 6.0....demolished......slow...
havent raced a nissan titan yet...heard there damn fast

 

The Hemi's you raced must not have been racing.....same weight(right?) yet the dodge has 345 vs. a little 295.....I personally have beat 4.8 and 5.7 V8 chevy's. Sorry, but I know I could beat you in my Hemi!!
