I used to love Robby Gordon when I was really little... when he used to race motocross and baja trucks, now I just can't stand him. I used to have a article cutout of him in a 1993 F-150 Baja 1000 pickup above my bed when I was little... I alwasy wondered what I did w/ the picture.

Oh back in 1995/1996 I was a huge McGrath fan, when he rode for Honda... matter of fact when I got my first dirtbike back in 1995, I saved my money and went out and bought his replica Fox Paw Protector gloves, which were like $50 back then which was huge money back then for motocross gear. I always liked him and Emig battling it out every weekend. Then when RC (Ricky Carmichael) came along in the 125cc class I liked him for some reason, and now he is w/ Honda. I used to love Kevin Windham (which he is now back w/ Factory Honda, Mike LaRocco, Sebastain Torrtelli, Danny Smith, and Talon Volland. Now I hardly catch a race, ESPN only shows the races on wednesday mornings at like 4:00am.

Don't forget about Lusk. It's strange to see some of these riders doing freestyle jumping.

Duh, I can't believe I forgot Ezra Lusk... I was a HUGE fan of him after McGrath... I still have a #3 LUSK Decal on the back of one of my two motocross helmets... he was the one who got me into liking the Troy Lee Designs' Staibilizer for the back of helmets... matter of fact when I bought my second helmet (my HJC) one I had to buy one to put on top of it.

Here I'll show you...

The Troy Lee Designs' Stabilizer does work. When you ride fast, if mounted properly it will actually push your head down to prevent less drag. But if you turn sideways, all you hear is wind buffering. Also it really sucks when you crash and the thing comes off and you have to apply adhesive to it to put it back on.

When I liked Talon Volland so much, he switched me from a Fox Racing craze (which has become more of a BMX company) to Thor gear. I went out and bought his jersey... and even though I can barely fit into it... I still have it sitting on the back of one of my chairs because it looks so good.

Didn't mean to turn this into an MX post! lol.
