Nos is perfeclty fair and I imagine fun as hell.

But you know what they say "Nos is like a hot chick with STD's, you know you want to hit it, but you afraid of the consequences later on"

i have raced/street driven a bottled car with some regularity...

"nos is cheating" is an excuse for losers...while i will agree that i have more respect for someone who can put together a car that is just naturally fast, on the street, losing is losing.

That's the way I see it as well. People also like to claim forced induction as cheating as well, but forced induction is a mechanical part that is there all the time creating power, it doesn't run out and need replenishing like nitrous does. It is no different than raising the compression through longer rod and domed pistons, they both raise the compression, they just do it differently. Also, some cars come from the manufacturer with forced induction, never have they came with nitrous.

nos is by now way cheating by no means at all but, even with my little toy honda civic i wouldnt run nos in it if it gave 3x as much hp as it gave now with only half the destruction to my engine.i dont run nos in cars i care about(maybe if it was an outlaw drag race for pinkslips or somethin where the risks to the engine was worth it)espacially my titan.
