1/4 mile times for your ride
i dont know..because project sebring with fully stock engine freshened up with CAI, pulleys, cam gear, quiaffe diff/RT tranny, completely stripped with a 50 shot only ran 15.1. i would imagne that the neon is lighter if its a coupe, but i cant tell from the picture.
The 1st gen. Neon I had was an R/T with far more performance mods and none of the weight adding non-performance enhancing items, I was looking forward to being happy with getting it into the 14's, so there is no way a Neon with those few performance mods will even come close to 13's unless your talking 1/8 mile and not 1/4 mile. Even a 100 shot of nitrous won't get the job done unless other thiings are done as well.
i believe so, but i think that they had a BIG shot...figure, the 50 shot on the sebring cut it from 16.70s to 16.20s with me turning it on right after the first shift.

Speedworld, (Surprise, Arizona) is at 1350... or so I was told. Pretty close to that, if not.
This is the first time I've been able to run full boost in 2nd gear (still turned down 25% in 1st tho). The car was really hooking good tonight. With the proper suspension mods, I might be able to cut a 1.5 60'... and then get kicked off for no bar

They used a DOHC Neon rental car and had doubled the cars stock 150 horsepower by matching it with a 150 horsepower nitrous shot, so it was a 300 horsepower Neon. This also caused a pop through the intake that blew the air box apart. I've still got that issue floating around here somewhere, it's one of my all time favorites and I always wanted to try it. Maybe I'll get a Neon rental car when I get off my butt and get the SRT-4 into the shop to repair the damaged areas, then I can get the nitrous and try it out.[sm=bomb.gif][sm=badidea.gif]
